Happy Thanksgiving!

Can you believe that Thanksgiving is this week? Time is flying by at an alarming rate!  I hope you find time to stitch during all the activities that go on from here to the end of the year. There are SO many that I want to add to my stitching stash!

Autumn is here!

 Autumn seems to be arriving with gloomy skies and rain. Up until today it was at least warm rain but now the temperatures are going down. To my way of thinking that makes good stitching weather!  (Never mind that I say that about all types of weather and all seasons!) As I looked over our latest update on the What’s New page www.houseofstitches.com/whatsnew.cfm , I realized that the majority of the new charts have autumn themes with a few Christmas ones thrown in for good measure. We also have the tenth chart in the twelve chart Sunday Stitches series by Heartstring Samplery. You might have a hard time choosing which projects you need!

Arrivals from Fall Expo!

 

The Online Fall Expo has brought us SO many new designs, kits and accessories!  You are in for a treat when you go to our Catalog page https://www.houseofstitches.com/search.cfm and type fallexpo21 in the key word box. We have added 128 new things…so far!  More will be arriving as time goes on.  There are samplers, ornaments, Halloween designs, cute sayings, strawberries, pin drums, thread rings and needlework labels. Look them over; we are standing by to take your orders!

As you work on holiday projects, remember that our framing deadline is October 1.  We may also ask you to choose a Plan B frame just in case a moulding is out of stock until after the holidays.

A great time to be a needleworker!

It is a great time to be a needleworker!  We have updated our What’s New page at www.houseofstitches.com/whatsnew.cfm. For Hardanger aficionados there are lovely new designs from Satin Stitches. We have the Homespun Elegance annual ornaments, a beautiful new Mirabilia design, and a fall chart from Little House Needleworks.  

 The Fall Needlework Expo is this weekend so there will be many more new things arriving in the coming weeks. This is a wholesale only event and I will do my best to get the things you need!  We need to make room for all the things that will be coming in soon, so we have added to our sale selections.  (Click the link on our Catalog page.)  The featured designers this time are Heart’s Content and Needle Bling. More will be added in the future. Quantities are limited so do not delay making your selections.

Holiday framing

It’s time for another What’s New update! Several of your favorite designers have added to their ongoing series. Make sure you do not miss the latest charts from Country Cottage Needleworks, Heartstring Samplery and Little House Needleworks.  Mill Hill brings us six new Jim Shore ornament kits, three Santas and three Snowmen. We continue to be amazed at the number of projects that are coming in to be framed. Our backlog has stretched to eight weeks or longer. Backordered supplies are also contributing to delays. If you need something framed for Christmas, please get it to us by October 1.  We appreciate your understanding!
