Stitching for sanity...
I hope this finds you stitching away the stress of our current situation! We have some new options for your next projects. You may see them at https://www.houseofstitches.com/whatsnew.cfm . Along with new designs, we are happy to reintroduce the Lift ‘N Snip Scissors! They had been discontinued due to quality issues but those have been resolved and they are back with pretty gold handles. If you need to remove stitches, they help keep you from snipping the wrong thread or even worse, your fabric! The Lucky 13 series from Amy Bruecken concludes with the last three charts. Two more Prairie Schooler charts have been reprinted. Our model of Garden Alphabet is going to make its way back to the shop from my dining room wall. It is nice to see these classic designs make an encore appearance! The Spring 2020 issue of Punch Needle & Primitive Stitcher is here. It is filled with so many great projects!
Thank you so much for your continued support! We are mailing orders as fast as we can get them ready. We do not want you to have idle hands! Many of you have told us you are using this time to get a big head start on your Christmas and holiday projects. What a great idea! Let us know if we can provide supplies to keep your projects going.
Stay well and happy stitching,

Communications restored!
Good news! (And we can all use some of that right now!) Our phone lines and internet connections that were cut Tuesday afternoon are now working. Thank you, Chris from Frontier! Late yesterday he was able to reconnect the lines that were cut. It feels great to be able to communicate again. We were feeling quite cut off from the rest of the world. Let us know if you need supplies to keep stitching. I’m pretty sure that a record number of projects are being completed. Our framer is taking extra vitamins to be ready for an influx of projects when we are able to move about freely again.
Thank you for your words of encouragement and well wishes! We appreciate your continued support and business!

New ways to aquire stash!
I thought I should update you with our plans for House of Stitches. We are open today but starting tomorrow (to comply with the governor’s orders) we will have to be mail order and curbside pick-up only. Not ideal but at least we can still get supplies out to our faithful customers. It might save the life of a child or spouse! LOL
Jenni, our newest employee is working to reach you through social media. You will see posts from her on Facebook and Instagram. This is an opportunity to make online stitching friends. There are many stitch-a-longs being organized. Floss Tube (You Tube) videos are another way to fill your time at home with stitching fun.
If you haven’t looked at the new things form the Nashville Market, now is a great time to do it! Just go to our website www.houseofstitches.com , click on the Our Catalog button and type nash20 in the keyword box. That should provide several hours of blissful relief from news reports!
We have many mail orders to fill and we anticipate many more. With our reduced staff it may take a little longer to get things out to you but we will do our best to keep you happily stitching. You can order online, by phone or email. (Facebook Messenger is NOT the best way to reach us. There are times that I can see that there is a message but I can’t access it.)
Keep stitching and stay well!

Nashville Market madness!
I am writing from Nashville where the Needlework Market is
getting underway today. The fun begins in earnest this evening with Early Bird
shopping. We updated the What’s New page
earlier this week with new things (some are market releases) that have already arrived
at the shop. You may see them here: https://www.houseofstitches.com/whatsnew.cfm
. We will start putting the new things
that I am buying at market online tomorrow.
You can watch as they are uploaded by clicking on our catalog https://www.houseofstitches.com/search.cfm and type nash20 in the keyword box. Check
back frequently as my husband will be putting the new thing online as fast as possible.
It promises to be a great market with
TONS of new designs. Pray for strength!
